Education, not medical advice
The content on this site is general patient education. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for a consultation with a clinician who has examined you and knows your history. In particular, nothing here can tell you whether the hollow in your own temple is lost deep fat, a recessed frame, or a shadow cast by a brow that has moved; that requires an examination.
Temporary results and maintenance
Every filler result is temporary. The material is absorbed over time, maintenance treatment is required to keep a result continuous, and the material is not fully cleared between sessions. No duration, interval or outcome described on this site is a promise; individual response varies with the substance class, the depth of placement and your own metabolism.
No guaranteed outcome
No treatment described here can be guaranteed. Results vary with anatomy, healing and time, and none of them is permanent. Where this site describes a typical course or a typical interval, it describes a range drawn from general experience rather than a commitment about your own case.
When to seek care urgently
After any injection, severe pain out of proportion to the procedure, or skin turning white, grey, mottled or dusky, is a vascular emergency and requires immediate assessment. Any change in vision requires emergency care. A brow that will not lift on one side, or a headache that is severe or worsening after the first days, requires prompt assessment. Do not wait for a review appointment.
